Marquee Letters/Numbers Rental Policies
1. Rental Agreement
Duration: The rental period is defined in the contract. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Booking Confirmation: A deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due before or on the day of the event.
2. Delivery and Setup
Delivery: We will deliver the marquee letters/numbers to the specified venue on the agreed date and time. Delivery charges may apply based on location.
Setup: Our team will handle the setup and take down of the marquee letters/numbers. The client must ensure that the setup location is accessible and free of obstructions.
3. Usage
Care and Handling: The client is responsible for the care and handling of the marquee letters/numbers during the rental period. Any damage caused due to misuse or neglect will be charged to the client. Photos will be taken Before and After event.
Restrictions: Marquee letters/numbers should not be altered, painted, or modified in any way. They should not be exposed to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or high winds.
Water Damage: The marquee letters/numbers are made of wood and are susceptible to water damage. The client must ensure that the letters/numbers are not exposed to water or excessive moisture. If water damage occurs, it will be considered a loss to us, and the client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.- Please have the sprinklers powered off if the letters are on pool area.
4. Damage and Loss
Responsibility: The client is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the marquee letters/numbers. Charges for replacement will be assessed based on the extent of damage or loss. A total loss can be up to $300 per letter/ number
Inspection: A pre-event inspection will be conducted to note the condition of the marquee letters/numbers. A post-event inspection will confirm their condition upon return.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit) will be issued for cancellations made at least 15 days before the event. Cancellations within 15 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. Any changes to the original rental agreement may incur additional fees.
6. Safety and Compliance
Electrical Requirements: Marquee letters/numbers require access to a standard electrical outlet. Ensure that the setup location has the necessary power supply.
7. Additional Fees
Late Fees: Late returns or extended use beyond the agreed rental period will incur additional fees.
Cleaning Fees: If the marquee letters/numbers are returned in an excessively dirty condition, a cleaning fee may be charged.
